Draw mechanics
Some competitions last for a fixed period and some last indefinitely until all tickets are sold
Details for each draw are featured on the Live Competition page on our website.
For fixed duration competitions:
The draw will take place on the pre-assigned draw date, regardless of the number of tickets sold. Somebody will always win each prize on the stated draw date
For sell-out competitions:
If all the tickets are not sold by the “No Go” date (typically 90 days from launch), which will be listed in the competition details, then all tickets will be refund within 5 days.
For fixed duration competitions:
The prize draw will take place on the date stated in each competition details.
For sell-out competitions:
The prize draw date will be announced on Porter Competitions Facebook page as soon as the tickets sell out and the Competition page will be updated with the date.
For the draw, we use Googles Random Number Generator to draw the winning number. The entire draw will be available to watch live on Porter Competitions Facebook page via a live stream.
Any ticket holder is more than welcome to come to our premises and watch the live draw in person.
Winners will then be contacted and a record of the winner of each prize placed on the website.
The competition is open to all residents in the UK and Republic of Ireland, aged 18 years or over.
Payment
The cost of each ticket is clearly stated by each competition and won’t change during the sale period.
We use secure, encrypted connections across our website and do not hold your card details on our servers.

Cash prizes will be made by bank transfer or via PayPal. Proof of bank details will be required to ensure payment is made solely to the winner. This information will not be stored.
